Are my contacts accessible by anyone else once I upload them onto Agentdesks?
Unless you have opted for the team plan and have actively chosen to share your contacts with other members of your team, the contacts are only accessible to you. Your information is stored in the cloud and you can access your contacts using the same login info across all platforms – Web, Android, iPhone.
What should I do if I have questions about the app?
You can email email@example.com and we’ll respond within 12 hours but usually much sooner! You can also check out our facebook page or twitter for questions. We may have answered it there already or one of the other users will answer it for you!
How is the Agentdesks calendar different from my Google Calendar?
Agentdesks allows you to associate each reminder / follow up item with a client or contact thus keeping all information and history associated with that client / contact in one place. Your Agentdesks calendar can be sycned with your Google Calendar.
How much does it cost?
As an individual agent, you can use both the mobile and web platform for free! We charge only for the team package.
